Our People
Lisa has over 20 years’ communication experience encompassing research, strategy and campaign planning and change communication delivery. Working in-house for Cable and Wireless and at a senior level in leading communication, public relations and management consultancies gives her a broad perspective on today’s communication challenges. Lisa’s work on Right Time Railway for South West Trains won awards of excellence from IOIC.

Lisa Betteridge
James has over 20 years’ strategic communication experience gained working for some of the leading communication consultancies and supported by substantial in-house experience with The Body Shop International. Previously, he was MD at WPP’s Banner McBride and Burson-Marsteller. A fellow of the CIPR, in 2015 James was given the Clare Latham Award for Best Contribution to Internal Communication.

Nicky leads our Resourcing team, providing interim and permanent placements. Previously, Nicky managed a range of consultancy projects including reviews, benchmarking and conference design. Prior to HarknessKennett, Nicky was an Events Producer at Melcrum, and previously worked in-house at Prudential as an IC Business Partner. Nicky loves...talking, laughing, eating, a good book and trips away with the kids

Jennifer works with HarknessKennett as a leadership and internal communications learning and development facilitator, and consultant for clients including Allianz, HSBC, RSA and Marie Curie. Jen has a number of professional accreditations for coaching, psychometrics and mediation and her degree is in English & Law.

Jennifer Powell
Howard works with HarknessKennett as a training and development and conference facilitator for clients including AWE, GDF Suez E&P UK and HSBC. Howard has also developed and facilitated leadership development and change management activities for a wide range of organisations. Most recently he has been supporting managers at Royal Mail to engage and lead their people through a modernisation programme.
