Lisa has over 20 years’ communication experience encompassing research, strategy and campaign planning and change communication delivery.Working in-house for Cable and Wireless and at a senior level in leading communication, public relations and management consultancies gives her a broad perspective on today’s communication challenges.Lisa’s work on Right Time Railway for South West Trains won awards of excellence from IOIC.

James has over 20 years’ strategic communication experience gained working for some of the leading communication consultancies and supported by substantial in-house experience with The Body Shop International. Previously, he was MD at WPP’s Banner McBride and Burson-Marsteller.A fellow of the CIPR, in 2015 James was given the Clare Latham Award for Best Contribution to Internal Communication.

James Harkness
Maggie works extensively on research and measurement projects, campaigns and HR communications. Previously Maggie worked in management consultancy, both independently and with Price Waterhouse.Maggie's project work with Telefonica UK and National Grid won IABC Golden Quill Awards of Merit in 2013.

Tanya is responsible for supporting our clients’ resourcing needs. This involves responding to client’s briefs and identifying appropriate candidates for their needs.Previously, Tanya was a Client Partner at Penna where she worked with a number of clients to develop leading edge direct sourcing strategies.

Lisa-Marie provides project support for both the resourcing and consultancy teams.Prior to joining HarknessKennett, Lisa-Marie worked within the government sector, as a senior administrator. Her responsibilities included financial management, recruitment, PA support and office management.

Howard works with HarknessKennett as a training and development and conference facilitator for clients including AWE, GDF Suez E&P UK and HSBC.Howard has also developed and facilitated leadership development and change management activities for a wide range of organisations. Most recently he has been supporting managers at Royal Mail to engage and lead their people through a modernisation programme.
