Janet Webb - Interims Consultant

Janet joined HarknessKennett in January 2007 to manage the Interims division of HarknessKennett. Her role is to build and maintain our extensive network of high quality internal communicators, and help clients by matching their needs with consultant availability, strengths and talents.

Janet brings almost 20 years experience in the recruitment industry, most recently running a busy recruitment consultant team for Brookwood Search and Selection. This followed 4 years of running her own business specialising in the recruitment of IT and Construction Managers. Working with clients such as London Bridge Software and Fortune Cookie, Janet has experience of placing both permanent and interim contracts on a short and longer term basis.

Prior to that, Janet worked for a number of leading brands within the recruitment industry where she progressed to specialist and senior management level recruitment, including Brook Street PLC, Personnel Selection and Blue Arrow.

Janet began her career in the finance industry, working for Forward Trust Group as New Business Administrator, Account Manager and Credit Controller.

Janet is a member of the Recruitment and Employment Federation.
