The CIPR Advisory Group on Employee Communications and Engagement has been established to recognise the need for challenging assumptions and unprecedented levels of professional collaboration on employee engagement across industry. James says “our profession really needs an independent group to champion support for internal communicators at board level. Working with fellow consultants and colleagues from inhouse we hope that the Advisory group can raise the flag for internal communication.”
