Join us at our next breakfast session on 10th September 2025

Neuroinclusive communications is increasingly a core skill for communicators as our audience understanding deepens.

The University of London estimates that 15-20% of people are neurodivergent so as a communications professional - if you’re not neuroinclusive in your communications planning and delivery, you are potentially excluding a fifth of your audience.

Whilst the term neurodivergent is increasingly used, it’s not really a diagnosis, but an umbrella term for a range of conditions.

Join our breakfast session on 10th Sep to hear experiences from three speakers on what they are doing to help unlock the talents of neurodivergent colleagues and create more inclusive workplaces.

Kevin Johnson, Head of Employee Communications at AWE will be sharing some practical tips on what’s worked well for AWE and also some learnings for the future.

Misty Oosthuizen, Head of Change Communications at dnata Catering and a proud neurodivergent professional, will be talking about her experience as an employee and recipient.

And Jane Tebbey, Head of Internal Communication at National Physical Laboratory (NPL) will be sharing her perspective on communicating with their employees.
