About Nicky

Nicky works closely with our clients

to deliver impactful communication and culture change programmes. She brings over 20 years’ experience in internal communication, leading on all aspects of client work including research, developing and delivering communication strategies, and creating engaging communications that inspire teams and build positive workplace cultures. Nicky holds an MA in Internal Communication Management and is a Fellow of the IOIC. 

If she wasn’t in comms, Nicky would be playing trumpet in a concert band.

Nicky loves… a good glass of wine, spending time with her family, travelling and reading … and makes sure to find time to go to the gym!
