A fixed term contractor to deliver a robust communication platform

The Business Change and Transformation team at VM02 were tasked with rolling out WorkBoard across the division; a platform which would enable a more aligned and transparent OKR (Objectives and Key Results) setting process for teams.

The programme was targeted at multiple, segmented audiences and required a detailed messaging framework which aligned to the key milestones in the WorkBoard implementation and enablement plans.

With a background in delivering change communications, Louisa led the smooth introduction of WorkBoard across Change, making sure messages landed with the right teams, at the right time, in the right way. Each supporting VM02’s overarching Three Year Plan and strategic pillars.

Taking a fresh and creative approach to storytelling as part of the campaign, Louisa developed content including:

  • A listicle based on an F1 team analogy

  • Video Q&A with the Director of Business and Culture Transformation

  • WorkBoard launch email spearheading the launch of Workboard from the CEO to all employees in Change. A communication which achieved record-breaking viewing figures.

At the end of her assignment, Louisa and the team had successfully launched WorkBoard across the division and delivered full enablement to the key audiences and personas required to complete it.

WorkBoard is now in the process of being rolled out to the rest of the VM02 business, the other divisions templatising the work that was done for Change and repurposing content and planning frameworks as best practice.

“We’ve been extremely happy to work with Louisa, both for her professional level of excellence and most of all for her way of being; always curious and adaptive, positive mindset, eager to help where needed, caring and genuinely committed to making a difference and creating successes together with the team... My thanks to HarknessKennett!”
