With multiple transformation initiatives underway, Flutter’s Chief of Staff approached us to urgently source a Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) Communications Manager to support the UK&I People team for a 10-month period.

The requirement was clear: the team needed senior-level expertise to manage People communications, ensuring employees were engaged and informed about key business updates and transformational changes.
