Using comms expertise to make EMEA part of the family
Splunk Inc is a technology company providing organisations with the data solutions for proactive analysis and reporting. It is a US based organisation with over 5,000 employees in 27 offices across the world.
With a rapidly expanding client base and employees in the EMEA region, Splunk recognised the need to embrace cultural differences within their growing global workforce. To enable them to respond to employee feedback and retain best talent, they asked Helen to work with their EMEA leadership team to create a more targeted communication and engagement approach for employees across the region.
In her short tenure, Helen has developed the region’s strategic communication framework to ensure key messages as well as Splunks unique culture is translated and meaningful for employees. She is also a trusted adviser to the EMEA Core Leadership Team.
“Finding the right person to deliver both strategic communications leadership as well as practical execution within the EMEA region at this point in our journey has been essential. Helen has surpassed our expectations and has made a huge difference to the EMEA team.
She’s incredibly professional, knows her subject, and delivers quality and engaging materials quickly and efficiently. She has already transformed the intranet, improved face to face engagement, and has had an extremely positive impact in supporting our culture outside of the US.”
Matt Davies, VP Marketing, AMER & EMEA
