Driving Change at Belron: Finding the Right Voice for Transformation

During a major period of change, Belron asked us to find a fixed-term Engagement and Communication Project Owner to support its Technology & Transformation (T&T) team across several key initiatives.

The brief was precise. Belron needed someone who could shape a clear communications plan for T&T colleagues, ensuring people understood the change and their role in it, while also delivering tactical content across PowerPoint, the intranet and video.

We quickly delivered a shortlist of four strong candidates, and Heather was selected and accepted the role without delay. Within weeks, Heather was in post and already making an impact and helping to organise, shape and share objectives that strengthened community engagement across the global team. Heather has also become the go-to person for launching initiatives across the annual DE&I calendar, helping to build an inclusive culture where people share stories and actively take part.
