Providing strategic M&A support
With several M&A deals underway, the Inchcape change & communications team needed senior support to manage integration and announcement messaging.
The workload was growing fast, and they needed a skilled contractor who could hit the ground running.
Importantly, the contractor needed to have substantial M&A and international communications experience. Within 72 hours, we presented a shortlist of four excellent candidates for interview, from which Tina was offered and accepted.
Tina joined the organisation on an initial eight-month contract, partnering closely with the Group Head of Colleague & Change Communications to shape and execute a comprehensive communication strategy.
Tina has led the delivery of pre-deal planning, the formal announcement, and the development of ongoing integration communications to ensure alignment and clarity across the business.
