Creating a comms centre of excellence at Mitie

 
 

Mitie is the UK’s leading facilities management and professional services company, with over 68,000 employees taking care of a diverse blue-chip and public sector customer base including banks, retailers, hospitals and schools. They manage and maintain some of the nation’s most recognised landmarks, taking care of their customers’ people and buildings to create outstanding work environments. 

 

Yvonne O’Hara, Mitie’s Group Head of Internal Communication, had a goal to create a communications centre of excellence, bringing together internal communications, engagement and content creation.  With existing vacancies and new roles created, Yvonne had a number of roles to fill, and turned to us to help her find the right people fast. In a matter of weeks we successfully helped her to find four candidates who all met the high standards she was looking for.
