Managing effective communications through an integration
William Hill is a British gambling company founded in 1934. With offices in London, Leeds and Gibraltar. William Hill has seen a huge amount of change over the last few years. it was acquired by Caesars Entertainment in April 2021 and was subsequently acquired by 888 Holdings in July 2022 for £2.2 billion.
Donna Dew, Head of UK & Corporate Functions People Director at William Hill approached us to help her find the right candidate to cover a maternity leave over a significant period of change in the organisation including the integration with 888.
We were delighted to place Julian who successfully managed their UK communications which includes their 1350+ shops.
Julian led on leadership comms, colleague engagement, internal comms to support major sporting events and managed the comms in the wake of the Queens passing.
